In the news...
For me, figure skating is a sport, a hobby, a passion.
To the 99% of the Singapore population who have never been on skates before, what I do is extraordinary. What's more, flying around the world for competitions (and even winning them!) makes it even more exotic!
It is no wonder, then, that I occasionally, find myself in the media:
- Wintry Wonders
Style Magazine, June 2006 - No snow, no ice, but... Got S'pore ice-skating champs
The New Paper, September 2004 - Chow Ying Lee of Singapore is gliding into a career in mathematics
Cornell Chronicle, May 1998
